Envirolight was a new B2C product from a company that traditionally sold B2B. Their main product was LED light bulbs which were more environmentally friendly than traditional incandescent bulbs and this environmental focus was the core of their brand identity. 
I decided that the best way to reflect this to the consumer was in the packaging. I chose to keep the natural elements of the recycled carboard exposed whilst giving each range a spotlight colour so that each product had it’s own identity, signposting the type of bulb to consumers. I chose to use supporting illustrations of foliage to add some extra character to the inside of the packaging, these illustrations could also be seen behind the transparent window which we included to display the bulb to the consumer.
